Centro Galleria is a regional shopping centre with a GLA of 72,000m2. The centre is anchored by Myer,Target, Kmart, Coles, Woolworths and 220 specialty stores.

Centro Galleria serves an extensive trade area covering the north-eastern suburbs of Perth extending from Yokine and Mount Lawley in the west to Midland, Swan View and Ellenbrook in the northeast. At 251,000 people, the Centre serves a sizable main trade area population, which is well above the Australian regional shopping centre average and one of the largest in Centro’s regional shopping centre portfolio. The key socio-economic characteristics of the main trade area population are as follows: Compared with the Perth average, there is a larger representation of mature households in the primary trade area while the secondary trade area contains a high concentration of 25-39 year olds. There is a slightly higher degree of ethnicity in the main trade area. There are high concentration of Asian born residents in the primary and northern parts of the secondary trade area while residents of European origin are prominent throughout the main trade area.
